Set up Outlook using your handout.
Click on "notes". Create a note to pick up bread on your way home.
Things didn't go well at the office today. Right click drag and drop that note into your "tasks" and turn it into a task "to do".
Open your journal. Click on new journal item and select "conversation" (for the type of entry). Click on the "timer" button. Turn to the person next to you and talk for a while. When you're done, click the Timer button to stop. In the notes box, type a brief summary of your conversation.
Click on "view", "toolbars".
Click on "advanced" to turn on the advanced toolbar.
