INFO10112: Web Scripting with PHP

Welcome to the Web Scripting with PHP course page. This course will explore fundamental programming and scripting concepts, beginning with basic techniques and working towards complete web projects using Hyper Text Markup Language, Cascading Style Sheets and PHP (Hypertext Preprocessor). PHP is an exciting server-side scripting language that allows secure scripting embedded into standard HTML files. This course will include HTML form data processing, arrays, control structures, web applications, creating templates, cookies and sessions, SQL and database connectivity. By the end of the course, the student will have explored how (s)he can apply PHP scripting within web sites to collect, process and store data as well as use PHP to create easy functioning web sites.
